Watermark is a masterfully planned community located in the heart of Chesterfield, Missouri and built on the philosophy that one should love where they live. Watermark features 345 one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments. Other features includes 24-hour health club, relaxing pool with cabana, outdoor kitchen and courtyard with group lawn games, and includes an on-site pet spa. Located just minutes from Chesterfield Valley and Interstate 64, and directly across Central Park and the Chesterfield Amphitheatre.

Thompson Thrift is the project's developer, GC and owner. Branham Electric (acquired by Suburban Electrical Services in September 2022) was selected as electrical and systems contractor.

Branham coordinated all electrical permits and inspections with St. Louis County insuring inspections were scheduled promptly and passed without complications. Our crews finished this project on schedule and within budget. Safety, as with every Branham Electric project, was top priority. Branham conducted weekly toolbox safety talks and completed the project with zero jobsite injuries and/or loss hours.
