The Piazza at West Pine

The Piazza at West Pine

Branham Electric is pleased to announce that we have been selected as the electrical contractor on a multi-family new construction project in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis, MO. This rapidly growing urban area is known as both trendy and charming, drawing many people in to dine, shop, work and live. Just blocks away from the St. Louis University campus and also conveniently located near Barnes Jewish Hospital, this area has experienced a new demand for housing.

The Piazza at West Pine will be located at 3933 West Pine. The 77-unit apartment building will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartments designed to meet the needs of the area’s growing tech workforce. While many of the residents are students, including those in the apartment complex across the street from The Piazza, the area is also home to an increasing number of businesses, including the nearby Ikea store. The Piazza will appeal to those desiring proximity to a diverse and exciting area, as well as those who relish the comforts of a clubhouse and fitness center, entry gates, and individual garage units.

Branham Electric is providing the complete installation of electrical, utility, and fire alarm systems for each of the 77 apartments, as well as the garages, gates, clubhouse, and fitness center. The project is on the fast track to meet lease requirements and construction is currently underway. Completion is expected in early 2016. Branham will be working with Pisano Contracting, one of St. Louis’ most experienced team of Multi-Family construction professionals. Pisano Contracting specializes in land development, project design, marketing and sales, planning and zoning, construction, joint ventures and value engineering. Branham brings experience in rapid completion of projects by combining pre-assembled efficiency with installation of built-in flexibility for each room. Regarding this project, Tim Branham said, “We are looking forward to providing the highest quality service in order to complete this project in a timely manner, while maintaining the utmost standards of excellence.”
