Branham Electric is excited and honored to announce that we have been selected to handle the full scope of electrical work for the first phase of a new luxury apartment complex in St. Charles.
The new River Crossing apartments, currently under construction, is a beautifully planned stone and brick craftsman style development. It will include eight garden-style apartment buildings with 156 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as a clubhouse and maintenance building. The community will be located in the heart of St. Charles, featuring amenities such as a coffee bar, E-lounge, toning center, business center, aqua ledge pool and outdoor fire pit. Apartments will have architecturally designed floor plans, custom luxury interiors and a great deal of privacy. Residents will be able to easily walk to many free riverfront concerts or seasonal festive events in historic downtown St. Charles.
