The challenge of this project was mobilizing 144 apartment units in 9 buildings with one clubhouse and 94 garage on a very small footprint land footprint.  This property was also completely surrounded by an existing residential community requiring noise levels to be kept to as minimal as possible. Branham Electric met the challenge and brought the project in on time and on budget.

Branham Electric had a crew on site for a 12-month period of time. Our project manager and site leadsman worked closely with FaverGray and fellow trades to make sure the project progressed without issues or delays. We also worked closely with St. Charles County’s electrical inspectors to make sure all inspections passed when scheduled. Safety was also addressed with weekly toolbox talks and site safety inspections resulting in zero job site injuries being reported for the duration of the project.
