Congratulations James

Branham Electric congratulates James Classen on his graduation from the Independent Electrical Contractor’s (IEC) 4-year apprenticeship program. James ranks amongst the top of his class and is a valued member of Branham Electric.

IEC’s 4-year apprenticeship program offers students an opportunity to work in the electrical field via employment with an IEC contractor member. Students go to school one night a week and work, as an apprentice electrician, full time during the day. At the end of their 4-years of study, students receive a journeyman’s electrician certification from the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training and receive 46-hours of college credit.

James has been with Branham Electric since 2018. As Tim Branham says, “James is a quick learner, is always ready to lend a helping hand, is a great team player, and steps up to the plate any time leadership roles are offered.” Tim continues, “James is an exemplary employee. I look forward to watching him expand his electrical knowledge and skills over the next few years. He has a bright future in our industry.”

IEC of Greater St. Louis held its graduation on June 3, 2022 at The Third Degree Glass Factory. A great time was had by all. The facility was wonderful and lent itself perfectly to providing a great atmosphere for the graduates, their family, contractors, and friends to celebrate their accomplishments.

Below are some images from the event.
