- Completed background check and drug testing.
- Completed OSHA 10 Certification, which requires initial and ongoing education regarding the appreciation, prevention, avoidance and reduction of safety and health hazards in the workplace.
- Completed extensive training and apprenticeship to become journeyman electricians certified by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (DOL/BAT). This involves completion of a 4-year program including 172 hours of classroom training per year, 8000 hours of on-the-job training with a one-to-one journeyman to apprentice ratio, and 48 hours of lab time per year.
- Participate in continuous education covering the latest procedures and equipment including all current NEC, NFPA and local jurisdiction standards.
In addition, our leadsmen and project managers are PPE/ARC Flash certified and carry full arc flash and PPE protection. We are Avetta certified, which means that we are a prequalified subcontractor, and have proven our commitment to work in a safe and sustainable manner.
