Did you know St. Louis ranks in the top 10 nationwide for new apartment construction in 2018?
According to a new article in Units Magazine, apartment capacity in the St. Louis Metro Area is expected to increase by some 54% this calendar year. New apartment construction currently slates some 2,281 units for construction, up from 1,481 units in 2017.
Branham Electric is excited to have been selected as the electrical contractor for 773, or 34%, of all new units slated to be built in 2018.
