“Safety First” at Branham Electric it is embedded in everything we do. We realize that productivity is directly related to safety. Injuries and accidents create delays, increase cost, and may even cause you to miss deadlines. More importantly, injuries to precious employee assets are not acceptable to Branham Electric, their families or our customers.

All of our electricians are OSHA 10 certified. All of our leadsmen and project managers are ARC Flash certified and carry full arc flash protection. Branham Electric has received the IEC SPARK Award for safety each consecutive year since 1998. We have received the ABC STEP Award for 2009 – 2011.

Branham Electric leads by example and stresses the importance of safety with each employee and on every job. All crews are constantly educated on the latest in safety instructions and implementations which insures that we adhere to all current NEC, NFPA and local jurisdiction standards. Branham Electric’s current EMR is .88, our past five years have ranged between .75 and .90. We have never had an EMR over 1.

• Continuing Education Classes: Branham takes advantage of excellent electrical training programs offered locally through the St. Louis Electrical Board, the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI), the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) and Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC). Course topics include: foreman's training, electrical grounding, NEC code classes and updates, low voltage classes and certifications, fiber optics, motor controls/transformers, and project management just to name a few.
